Mixed Up Fairy Tales

Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
(Grades 4-9) What would happen if Cinderella were looking for something other than her prince? What if the 3 Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf traded places? Inspired by the satire twist of The Princess and the Pea as seen in the upcoming Lakes musical, Once Upon A Mattress, this workshop will explore the "what-ifs" of popular fairy tales. Taught by students from the musical's cast, you will improvise, laugh, and learn performance based techniques to re-tell your own fairytale story. This program is suited for students in grades 4-9.
